The prosecutions witnesses are making the defense's case for them.

Yep. But they have no other strategy but to call these witnesses. They have a BUM arse CASE and shouldn’t have prosecuted

Now we know why he was in the car with Floyd and hanging out in the parking lot. I bet Floyd had just gotten the fentanyl that he swallowed.

Why would they do that there. Didn't they drive to the Cup Foods together? Why not do it at an apartment. They knew each other and were friends right? It wasn't just some random meetup.

Witness just confirmed Floyd OD twice in last March...had to go to hospital

Not just that but that he went because of stomach pain that was the result of an overdose. The prosecution really screwed up by putting her on the stand in an attempt to humanize Floyd. Horrible decision by them.

Whether Nelson can inquire about FBI interview and whether it is outside the scope of what was asked in direct examination

If I’m not mistaken the state mentioned the fbi so I think it’s fair game

That's exactly what I was thinking.

its a lot like the Mike Brown case...

The Michael Brown case was the impetus for police departments nationwide to get body cameras. It would have been something to see had Darren Wilson had a body cam. I agree with you, let’s make it all wide open like Florida. Sunshine everywhere.

The prosecution has no case. This is all a show and they don't even care if they lose. If they win, then they win. If they lose, it'll be because of systemic racism in this country, then they still win.

I don't understand why he couldn't talk about it. It's an official record from her previous questioning.

That's their hood. Drug deals go on around little stores in the hood. Probably someone else was there to buy from Hall. Drug dealers really ain't keen on you coming to their house so they meet you up the street at the neighborhood store.

Amazing how they don't recall their testimony now that it's detrimental

Did the prosecution not question these witnesses before putting them up?

Lol so what she told FBI investigators immediately after the incident isn't accurate but what she's saying now is

That's not what the pundits will say. They will say she was a powerful witness.

This prosecution team and their decisions are almost as bad as the team that fricked up the case against that girl who killed her baby.

The last time Floyd overdosed she said he had foam in his mouth.

He had foam in his mouth at the arrest with Chauvin per on scene witnesses and the video.
