It was allowed back after one of my best friend’s transferred from Tech and begged and pleaded with LSU to open SAE again.
They've since been kicked off twice more.

And crack.
Honestly, as the father of three girls I couldn't get through the affidavit and got my facts off as a result. Some of the news stories were also confusing but I should have done my homework before posting.
Still, I did post a bunch of news stories, statutes, and maps. Hope it helps others piece it together where I have missed the boat.
Does seem to me, a layperson, that there are other crimes here not yet charged and giving these perps the opportunity to get light jail sentences as a result would be a miscarriage of justice.
Hope someone pieces it together and puts some heat on Moore to at least attempt to do his job here.
Her family needs to have their own attorney as for sure they have a civil case against Reggie's and getting some answers on why these other crimes haven't resulted in charges would be appropriate.
Thanks for everyone's (everyone reasonable, that is) patience with my hit or miss commentary and for setting me straight as needed. Appreciate it.
Prayers up for the family. Just awful for them, our community, and our LSU family.

And you’re right… the proper thing to do as sober minded adults sitting here dissecting this story after the fact is to say…. Absolutely they should have taken her to safe place and not touched her! But that’s not how things go with stupid kids who are impaired with alcohol and or drugs. .. that’s my point.
They were sober enough to get a falling down drunk girl into their vehicle, ask where she lived, drive away, get erections and ask for sex repeatedly, pull over, get their phones out and press record, rape her vaginally and anally, drive some more, leave her and get home safely.
They didn’t appear to try to call or text anyone in her phone, find the ID she used to get into Reggie’s, leave her somewhere safe or do anything else to help this girl. They knew exactly what they were doing. They are rapists and accomplices.

Is anyone not mad about the rape. Is anyone defending the guys that did this. Does anyone think what happened to her was acceptable or that she deserved it.
Yeah, there seems to be a lot of "she drank too much and kinda got what she deserved" types on here.

I’m sure that’s true, but I also know my friend personally spearheaded an on campus grassroots effort within PTB offices on LSU’s campus to get it back. I care not what happened to the frat subsequently.

Before I read through seventy-five more pages, I have one question. Forgive my ignorance, if it has been answered numerous times already. I, like most of you, went to LSU, and frequented Tigerland.
Outside of an abduction or a drug deal, how does a young lady like Madison (SSA grad, beautiful, sorority) end up with four rapey noncollege cheesedicks from Walker/Denham on a random night out in Tigerland?
Because even at a place like Reggie’s, under normal circumstances, guys like that stick out like sore thumbs, and usually ladies like Madison steer clear, and are hanging with other Greeks. I find it extremely odd how she ended up with the four cheesedicks. Every single aspect of this story screams rape.

Green….. I’m talking about getting blitzed on a huge amount of booze. To get a .319 rating is excessive gulping. Unless somehow somebody slipped her something in a drink.

The WAFB comments on Facebook have been interesting to track. Lot of hostility toward the bar but surprisingly toward the teen victim here.
I'm honestly impressed at how quickly they got into lockstep to defend their own.

She was drunk out of her mind and her frick tard friends left her.

If victim was already intoxicated before these teens met her, they probably be charged with 3rd degree rape, worst case. The prosecutor will probably have to offer immunity to the driver in return for his witness testimony to provide further evidence that those whom raped her should have known she was not of right mind due to intoxication.

Third degree rape
A. Third degree rape is a rape committed when the anal, oral, or vaginal sexual intercourse is deemed to be without the lawful consent of a victim because it is committed under any one or more of the following circumstances:
(1) When the victim is incapable of resisting or of understanding the nature of the act by reason of a stupor or abnormal condition of mind produced by an intoxicating agent or any cause and the offender knew or should have known of the victim's incapacity.
(2) When the victim, through unsoundness of mind, is temporarily or permanently incapable of understanding the nature of the act and the offender knew or should have known of the victim's incapacity.
.....
B. Whoever commits the crime of third degree rape shall be imprisoned at hard labor, without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence, for not more than twenty-five years.
C. For all purposes, "simple rape" and "third degree rape" mean the offense defined by the provisions of this Section and any reference to the crime of simple rape is the same as a reference to the crime of third degree rape. Any act in violation of the provisions of this Section committed on or after August 1, 2015, shall be referred to as "third degree rape".

Yall are really trying to argue about anything in this thread.
Entering into an agreement to babysit a child is not the same legal responsibilities as hanging out with adult friends. Eye roll.
You are only legally responsible for your minor children... ADD *unless someone CHOOSES or enters into an agreement to be responsibile for someone else, whether as an occupation or babysitting favor.* if it helps you.
