But kidnapping would lead to the potential manslaughter.

If Carter was indicted for 1st and 3rd degree rape, Washington will almost certainly be. The driver might be the one indicted for kidnapping (it was his car and he offered her a ride, perhaps at the suggestion of Carter?). The only one I can see having his charges dismissed is Lee and that is assuming his role in all of this was merely sitting in the passenger seat.

Perhaps, but out of all of them, I guess he's the least culpable (legally, morally you could argue otherwise). It wasn't his car so his attorney will likely argue that he was in no position to tell someone else what to do with their car. I don't know, but I think he's the most likely to be found not guilty or have charges dismissed but only if his role was merely sitting in the passenger seat

No one knows. He seems to have been sort of a mystery figure in all of this thus far besides refusing a statement and posting bond.
