FYI, I have to amend one of my previous comments.
If Washington is convicted in LP before he goes to trial in EBR, I think there is a decent chance that his conviction comes into evidence even if he does not take the stand.
I thought it would be out under 404, but talking it around, apparently is close to probable that it comes in on 404(b).

Bring some info, answer a question, make a point, state an opinion and move on.
For example, you mentioned addt'l charges forthcoming. What do you know about? That would contribute to the thread. Else, it's just flailing your arms wildly.
