Not saying that is even a possibility in this case, but if you seriously don’t think there’s LSU sorority girls willing to do this then you should never send your daughter to LSU

Dude, read what is alleged to have happened.

Just going by pure demographics of the victim and the perpetrators (race, ages, socioeconomic status, education levels), sexual acts partaken, location, the fact that there were two onlookers, likely lack of protection, I would put the odds of this being consensual at an almost immeasurable level.

“All girls are whores these days” just doesn’t quite cover this situation,

Apparently isn’t the dudes first time per a Facebook post

“as someone who knows the main suspect, all i have to say is that hes had sexual assault allegations against him before, and they got dismissed and he was deemed not guilty. "innocent until proven guilty"...the fact he denied a dna test when asked for one, goes to show everything. if you were trying to prove yourself innocent, why would you not hand over a sample if you claim you never touched the girl. why would your bestfriend say he witnessed you doing this to the girl? prayers to the girls family, she did not deserve this at all. she was such a beautiful, talented young woman, with such a bright future ahead of her. she was taken advantage of, and she was left for dead. to kaivon washington, you have whats coming for you..may god serve you what you deserve, and may this girl get the justice she deserves.”

It's literally getting to the point where justifying reasons to stay in BR Area are almost nonexistent.

It's sad & infuriating at the same time. frick all of the "leaders" that have gotten us to this.

I remember when I was at Tiger Stadium as a freshman and some frat kid was so drunk that he fell hard and passed out. Everyone thought it was hilarious, I was concerned and tried to get him help and people acted like I was a complete loser.

I had no desire to get involved in excessive drinking and partying and I’ve beaten myself up over it thinking I’m some sort of antisocial weirdo and I missed out on a true college experience but at least I never got myself in a situation I regret.

Anyone in that vehicle that night is not innocent of a crime that is presented. Those men are criminals and should be treated as such. The crime is that 4 grown men committed this act with no remorse and dropped off the victim to fend for herself when she was incoherent. Disgusting humans.

The reality I am seeing here is that all parents need to pick up their kids phones and look. My son is almost 24 now and when he was 13 I was digging thru his phone and saw messages from girls that made me stop breathing as I read them. I was in shock bc these were great kids! He was always one of the popular guys and hung out with the “good popular” kids from good families. There were a few messages that he replied to girls not to say that bc it was just downright bold about what they wanted to do to him.

He went to great schools… these kids send nudes in Jr High like it’s nothing more than passing a note.

It’s hard to wrap your head around but parents need to realize that these girls give head like it’s just a simple kiss. He was the VP of his fraternity so I’m very familiar with the Greek life…. So many people are clueless about the risky behaviors they take. And I’m not talking about drugs.

Money, nice homes, great families and schools doesn’t mean anything. This generation is numb to things that we think are outrageous & unheard of.

Charges can be elevated as more evidence comes to light.

Even if they are it is pretty clear the NAACP lawyer’s game plan is to negotiate a plea based on the video evidence they claim to have. There’s no way this girl’s family is going to want any video played at a trial depicting the sordid details of the last hour of her innocent life.

Depends if it’s the difference between 40 years and 7 with credit for time served.

Or maybe you want them to plead out so you can go Law Abiding Citizen quicker.

At >.3, this girl couldn't consent to anything. She was having a medical emergency and needed to be in hospital.

These four need to be burned down, but there was a lot of callous behavior that night by people who could have kept this from happening. Her so called friends should be taking a hard look at themselves right now. Hell even a stranger could have seen an incoherent girl leaving with some sketchy dudes, known something was wrong and prevented it.

As for Reggie's, this should put a stake in that establishment the way the Wynne incident did for Murphy's.

We all know it really should be 0.319 but do you really think at that age that’s such a vast difference in consciousness?

Carver initially just wanted to get her home because she was apparently left alone.

Holy shite. You have got to be kidding.

Yeah, he was just trying to give the poor girl a ride. Never mind the fact that he pulled over while his buddies ran a train on her in the back seat that led to (quoting the warrant) “injuries consistent with previous sexual assault anally”… while he and the 28-year-old sat in the front seat.

Also never mind the fact that he admitted he knew it was fricked up and eventually stated (again quoting the warrant) “we got to stop this.”
