The correlation is that tons of people here defending his actions and victim blamed because of who he was. Do a search of TD with “cleat chaser” and see what you come up with supa. People seem to have very different opinions when it comes to athletes.

To be fair… in the affidavit was the description of her grabbing the 17 year old’s penis area over the pants before she verbally consented to sex. Yes she was drunk. Yes she may have been too drunk to legally consent but it is completely possible that she wanted to be with the guy that night. There is no way of us knowing either way.

I think casen and his parents/lawyer realized on friday they are aligned with a possible serial rapist and are going to cut a deal. once that happens a lot of the questions about what really happened and the state she was in will get answered. plus when he cuts a deal they will unlock his phone and see any other videos, texts etc that pertain to that night and the aftermath

You keep saying that hugging and kissing him means she liked him, and that means she "probably wanted to have sex with him"... the problem is that nowhere in the affadavit does it mention kissing. It says "hugging and DANCING." And if hugging and dancing equates to "probably wants to have sex" then I missed out on tons of pussy back in the day

This is my first post in this thread. I’ve read maybe 5-10% of the dumb back and forth from a lot of people.
Anyone with common sense will say that the 17 year old is guilty of 3rd degree rape and Washington is guilty of 1st degree. They will also say the other two are guilty of accessory to 3rd and 1st degree rape.
It makes me sad to watch the video of her running across the parking lot, because all she had to do was not leave with them “for a ride.” I 100% believe that in her drunken state, she wanted to have sex with the 17 year old. BUT, as it has been stated many times by the judge for 3rd degree rape, she had to be incapable of understanding the act. She wanted to have sex with the dude, but I can’t even put a confidence percentage on how confident I am that sober she would not agree to have sex with him with three dudes watching and video’ing. That’s all that matters. She was incapable of understanding the act. She was drunk beyond understanding that three other dudes were watching and video’ing.
Then the Washington dude going in for anal sloppy seconds. Come on… That guy is fricked. No doubt she was probably pretty much passed out at that point.
Also, as for the Carver kid letting her out of the vehicle and this is something I haven’t seen mentioned, I know for a fact that she forgot her phone in Reggie’s. Any of the posts I’ve seen where people have said she claimed she was getting an Uber are either complete bullshite or another example of just how hammered she was.
Lastly, I don’t see Reggie’s talked about nearly enough. I blame Reggie’s more than I blame the four dudes or Madison, and I’m a restaurant & bar owner in Baton Rouge. Four out of the five people involved were dumb kids. Dumb kids do dumb things. (Maybe not to the Washington kid’s point of dumb.) Reggie’s enabled all of this. I don’t want to hear anything about fake IDs. Four out of five were underage. I have no doubts Madison was friends with at least some of the bartenders from previously working there and frequenting Tigerland. I have no doubts that they kept serving her. In the very beginning, I thought maybe Reggie’s would luck out and have video of someone of age buying/bringing her drinks. At this point, I don’t believe that at all. I would imagine she was able to go up to the bar and probably had lots of free shots. She did have a fake ID. But, the people that worked there knew her! All of this shite is on Reggie’s. They are the enabler in this situation. They’re the one that thought they could look the other way forever and nothing would happen. Kids make stupid decisions. Alcohol fricks up more lives than any other “drug.” Four out of five being minors and one being 17… Irresponsible doesn’t even describe it. Not giving a frick and thinking they’re invincible describes it. I blame Reggie’s more than I blame any of the four dudes for her rape and then death.
