Someone came on this thread, think it was a former teacher of Washington's, and claimed how his mom was an enabler for his behavior.

When disciplined, he told the teacher "wait until my mom gets a hold of you"

She created a monster who believed himself to be above accountability.

There is a reason the whole "dindu nuffin" stereotype was created.

I posted this several pages back, and was downvoted. The top quote is from their attorney, and the bottom is my response. What he's claiming is that if her BAC was .319, she wouldn't have been able to cross the street the way she did, and that he thinks based on that video, that the BAC level they reported is incorrect/invalid.

My question is where did he get his info that a .319 means you can't walk or talk... based on my own experiences, I disagree.

So why was I downvoted? Are there people who are siding with him on this one?

They want it to be a battle of BAC vs. "running" video, when it needs to be on their own words clearly indicating their knowledge that she was shitfaced (RE: affidavit).

I just want to say that the way this woman has been treated in this thread is appalling. She has stated that her daughter went to school with a some of the defendants, and she has relayed what her daughter told her is being said around her campus. She has never said that what is being said is 100% fact, she has just shared info from what she has heard.

So many on here have merciless attacked her for passing along info. She has also made her own observations and theories on what may have happened that night, and she has been ridiculed, mocked, and belittled for having such an opinion. Meanwhile, I have read this entire thread and seen so many comments that are completely inaccurate with what information we presently have (most notably that I’ve seen posters comment about 30 or more times that Madie was anally raped by TWO guys. If have missed evidence of TWO guys having DNA in that area, I will admit my mistake).

AngelHere is one of the only posters in this thread that has made claim to actually be hearing anything from around the people involved in this horrible incident. I haven’t seen any posters share information that they have heard from children at LSU, friends of the Brooks family, high school classmates, nothing. Where are the sorority sisters, college friends, anyone that was maybe present at Reggies that night to share what they have heard may have happened?

The only woman who has shared any stories of what the kids are saying gets lambasted because she puts forth scenarios that most in this thread don’t agree with so they want her silenced.

She’s a conspiracy loon who thinks everybody under 50 dies from the COVID vaccine and believes everything she reads on Twitter. Hard to believe she’s being impartial or honest here

What she has done is relentlessly pursue a particular narrative that Madison Brooks was all over the 17 year old defendant and very likely wanted to have sex with him. She has also ZEALOUSLY made excuses for Casen Carver and minimized his involvement and culpability in this whole sordid mess. Almost every damn post is that he's a good boy that didn't know any better and didn't know how to "handle" the video taped arse raping taking place in the back of his vehicle. She's regurgitated nothing but rumors and gossip from high school students that either know the principles in this case or have a personal relationship with them. She's been asked kindly to exit the thread on numerous occasions due to the inflammatory nature of her posts, most of which seem to cast Madisons behavior in the bar in a negative light. IMO,this is why people in this thread want her "silenced" as you put it.
