After watching the lawyer video it sure looks like they are bluffing when they say they have video proof that she was near sober when she was dumped off on the road. Why wouldn`t they want to show it to authorities now if it `s going to clear their clients?
What is the procedure on the BAC test? Do they test and then also do another test to insure the test is accurate after re-calibrating the testing equipment? And do they now still have a sample of her blood to do an additional test? It just seems like the person doing the testing and coming up with such a high BAC would make damn sure it`s correct. They better have their ducks in a row.

Bottom line: she had a .319 BAC. And legalities aside, there are rules about that sort of thing.
