You do realize at .319 asking strangers for a ride home was not a “decision” at that point. She was black out drunk.

So, the only bad decision she made was getting black out drunk. Same decision every single person in college has made at least once if not multiple times.

She literally did the same thing that hundreds of college students do every weekend in the us. Weird that people judge her for this.

Who is judging? She put herself in a compromised state. I can think that the perps should get the book thrown at them while also thinking that none of the decisions she made that night were to her benefit. That's not a "well what was she wearing" statement

That’s part of being a pretty girl. Life isn’t the same for them as other people. They have to protect themselves more from things most men don’t have to worry about

So she was 16x+ the legal limit. That was a good point made by a good journalist.

Sounds more like it's being used to sensationalize the info.

You are indeed implying that she deserved it.

By saying someone made a decision that put them in a bad spot? Nah.

Sounds like he tried to get her home but couldn’t remember which house. They started arguing and she said to let her out and she’d call Uber.

So, a girl has been raped by TWO guys, drunk AF, can't give the driver the address but has the wherewithal to call Uber and give them an address. Yeah, ok. Let's not forget, she is hit and killed after her rapists/voyeurs leave her. Did she ever make the Uber request? Was the driver that hit her her driver? Why didn't these "good boys" drop her off somewhere safe? Why video a sexual act? This BS of posting everything on video to whatever the flavor of the week website is (TURN THE PHONE SIDEWAYS!) is absolutely disgusting.

Yea, I never said it proves she wanted to have sex but you already knew that.

Oh, I must have been confused when you were speculating that Madison could have been charged with statutory rape for sleeping with the 17 year old.

Agree, but as a poster above said, I'm not a pretty woman either. Fair or unfair, I don't have to be as vigilant as someone like her. She has 0 resposibility for what happened to her, the 4 guys and her friends do though. I'm just saying that getting herself in that state (I'm assuming because we don't know for sure) left her more vulnerable than normal for these animals to do this to her

Quote: In the slow motion Zapruder film Sadvocate captured, you can see a friend run toward Madison but the guys say something and help carry Madison away.

Sure that person will be tracked down as an eyewitness as to Madison's state.

---can you post a link? All of the news sources I have look at either end vid as she hits the median or cut and then show her walking away with suspects.. I don't see any friends approaching

Doesn't look like she's chasing anyone down. Looks like she stumbled into them, they knew exactly what they were doing.

16x the legal limit to DRIVE, she was not driving so there is no “legal limit”

It's being used as a measurement of what the law thinks of as a capable person, nobody is looking to posthumously charge her with WWI

Full video. In fairness, she chases them down. But I agree she falls into them and three dudes help her stumbling off to their car.

Friend/girl in black shirt and jean’s going after them looks very concerned

BINGO. It's unfortunate that women have to worry about shite that men don't. But that's the world.

Elizbeth Fletcher(Memphis jogger) and Mickey Schunick would be alive today if they were men. Same for Madi Brooks.

I try to instill that heightened sense of awareness in my three teenage daughters.
