They are attacking the test. In shortest form, if she was walking and talking, which they have proof of, she was not over .30.

I thought they said she asked to be dropped at the house of a sorority sister.
I'm not sure, I believe you...but the OP said back to the sorority house..which has since fixed.
They were going the opposite way down burbank if they were going to Greek row is all I was saying. I have no clue where the sorority sister lived.

Has an after video been released?
I have not seen it. I surmised that the video they used at the bail hearing was after the sexual encounters. But that is partly guesswork on my part.

“Sorority sister’s house in Pelican Lakes”
pretty sure the attorney for defendant said that there was a disagreement between brooks and the driver about being dropped off somewhere else. Brooks said something about just getting an uber then, they dropped her off somewhere up front in a parking lot by some apartments. I think the video the attorney has are very short clips maybe during that argument.

Narrative is truth when it comes to individual people.
No, its not. Its their reality, which isn't truth.
White people think black folks worry about "lynchings" when indeed its white people spinning that narrative.

That’s a pathetic bullshite statement. This girl had no idea what she was doing.
Nothing pathetic about that. You’re apparently just a woke pussy who is out of touch with reality.
If you raise your children to read the room and know when and where it’s safe to get shite faced and where it’s not, then you wouldn’t have issues. Nothing wrong with getting drunk and having a good time. But Reggies? Come on.
It might come off as elitist or whatever but any parent with their head in the right place knows to raise their children ESPECIALLY their daughter to know better and to keep their head on a swivel. It’s Baton Rouge. Come on now. We aren’t talking a college bar in Starkville or Auburn. We’re talking Baton Rouge, a city with very unfavorable demographics Right next to section 8 housing.
All bars should be 21 to enter & all bars are LSU ID only. Your ID must match your DL. No exceptions.

It's a fast moving train, baw! Hard to get it all right.
My point to it was why did she all of sudden want an Uber after all of these actions in the statement.

Sorry, baw, but we have to disagree here.
Some of these narratives are very much alive. To this day, black people are reluctant to enter medical trials because of the (true) narrative of the Tuskegee Studies.

The latter is what I meant. Thanks for helping me clear that up.

Teenager's blood alcohol level was SIX TIMES the legal limit when she died 'trying to drink 18 shots to mark her 18th birthday with 95% spirit'
Teenager died with blood alcohol level of .319 celebrating 18th birthday
Nicole Emily Bicknell was pronounced dead on November 2, 2014
Coroner's Court heard she consumed large amounts of Polish spirit

Not among the black population. Its just SJW shite.
Black people are smarter than progs give them credit.

I tried that with tequila. I was a lean and mean 205 back then, and I think I only made it to 13 before going down.

Unsurprisingly, you are completely wrong here.

So to be clear, it's your contention that the only shot a da has against a black defendant is to have 10 or more white jurors?
I’m sorry, but no one could possibly be THIS F*CKING STUPID.
I've specifically stated that it depends on the nature of the case. There are some cases where there are extreme racial underpinnings that makes getting a conviction of a young black male very difficult. THIS is one of those cases.
Like I said, if we’re not dealing with a celebrity, then the jury will need an excuse to let the young black males off. It is my belief that the video from WBRZ will give black jurors just that excuse.
Again, no one knows what’s on the Reggies videos or the videos from the car. Those videos, especially the one from the car, may change everything. But, unless the car video shows that this girl was pretty much passed out in the car or was screaming "NO," I’m giving the 17-year-old about a 90% chance of getting either a hung jury or acquittal.
Having said all of that, if I were representing a black defendant, I would do whatever I could to get an Orleans parish jury, and I would make my jury was as black as possible. And, unfortunately, I would do that in pretty much every case where I had a black defendant. How many times have we heard black people complain about how many young black men are incarcerated?

Except they said themselves she wasn't coherent. They understood her to be drunk.
