Anyone truly thinking she had to be unconscious and carried to car were probably the ones thinking that is level of drunkenness a girl must be to know she is incapable of giving legal consent. One poster did mention being dragged by her feet at end of video, but rest of post seems to actually come closer to meaning a foot or feet looked to be dragging on ground at end of video when she and I guess 17 year old were side saddled moving out of video frame. She did appear unsteady right before and starting to lean into them when grouped together, and the guy was then also helping keep her steady walking.
If guy in back is Washington his reaction does kind of match his statement that as they started to walk to car he kind of laughed to himself about them bringing some random girl home which is when it appears he also admitted she didn’t have her balance and stumbled. Maybe that was her actual only stumble on way to car, but she was looking unsteady at that point in video.

I am not sure of upgrading to 1st degree is about 2 being involved in raping her which was known with original charges or something noticed in a video like Carver and others callously laughing or something else. It seems like it would help more with some aspects of 1st degree rape than 3rd degree.

I thought they had ID’d Carver in bar video before he came in, but if not it was likely to happen before too long. Plus they had evidence of sex along maybe dna and knowing that at her BAC legal consent was unlikely.

I got drunk during spring break in college and separated from my friends, and walked two miles down the PCB strip with no recollection.
The fact that she could walk, or even run, isn’t even noteworthy. Also, she collapsed at the end.
