People were saying they would know this if she had a level that high… clearly that’s not the case.
Whatever video they have from inside the vehicle is likely to render this security footage meaningless, IMO.
There is also other surveillance video of her stumbling and falling multiple times, according to the affidavit.
But again, I think the close-up video of her in the vehicle slurring her words (according to the judge) will be the thing jurors remember.
