So are you saying the BAC test was wrong?
That was her BAC. Unless we are assuming the test was wrong I don’t understand what people are arguing about. Yes you can be unconscious at that BAC but seasoned drinkers get accustomed functioning at high BACs. When I say function I mean her body was still moving, she probably had no idea what she was doing.

Well, in that case, we don't know who any of these people are based on this footage. No one's face is clear, we assume it is the suspects and Madison, because that is what the bar is saying. Just saying, question everything.

That is true. But if this is the path they are going down then we have a million different variables to consider to guess her BAC. There’s no way to measure it with certainty. If they were able to argue this point successfully then every person who gets rapped while under the influence going forward will have problems “proving it.”
But we do know the boy said she was “like drunk, drunk.” So I’m going to assume that means she was pretty drunk. Also, she couldn’t communicate her address. That also is telling.

I rewatched a few times and I don't think the other two girls are associated at all. I think those 2 are together and just leaving. The one on the right appears to be the DD for the other who appears drunk.
Not to say she couldn't add anything as a witness, though.
If she were a friend "trying to stop Madison", and knowing how girls are, seems she would have been a bit more forceful like grabbing an arm, making some sort of a scene, etc.

I’m sorry but if I’m on a jury and the prosecution is hammering her BAC level, I’m going to see these videos and realize other kids younger than her didn’t have the luxury of knowing her BAC level.
People were saying they would know this if she had a level that high… clearly that’s not the case.

I don’t see how the video proves anything other than she was with them.
They said her friends left her. She could have realized she didn’t have a ride and ran to the only people she had been talking to and asked for a ride. They could have told her they would bring her home. Doesn’t mean she wanted to have sex or even knew what she was getting into.

Video evidence is irrefutable. She definitely appears to be chasing after them. Her wingman appears to run after her. And at least from this video - appears she left of her own free will. She also not stumbling or falling. Maybe if more video evidence becomes public, we will know more. But based on this, nobody appears forced against their will.
