Character witnesses will have a crucial part of this trial… what kind of girl was she (I have no idea) but if her peers paint her as a heavy drinker , super party girl, adventurer, that sleeps around, and can handle her booze……. Jury going one way

If her peers paint her as someone who rarely drinks to excess, very responsible, etc etc

Didn't look like she was running up to them imo, but it's tough to tell

I have to disagree. Looks clear that she was running after them. If I had to guess, this was their final signal that "she wanted it"

I thought someone mentioned past behavior of a victim isnt relevant in a rape case? Maybe I misread.

What about the two girls that came up after her?

Sexual history isn’t coming in. Explaining a BAC that high yet that showing that level of coordination may open the door about her past drinking though.

Does the DA need him? DNA will prove who had sexual contact with her.

Two of them have admitted she was very drunk.

I doubt you need an eyeball witness beyond what they have.

Im just thinking like Im a juror. Id definitely like to have his details to counter the video evidence of her running after them.

maybe she had just realized that none of her friends were still in the bar, and that's why she ran after them and asked if they could drive her home...

I understand it's his job, but it takes a low level of human being to defend bottom-feeders like this. If these dudes walk, there should be hell to pay.

Irrelevant

Even though she entered the bar with false identification, she wasn’t served nor did she consume any drinks at least during the last hour she was at Reggie’s.

Sounds like Reggie’s is saying as far as they knew she was legal while also implying they cut her off earlier (because she appeared too drunk) and wasn’t seen drinking anything else. But it could also mean she voluntarily cut herself off. They are trying to put themselves in the best light possible.

I used to down my drinks when leaving bar, possible she did the, and it didn't fully affect her until after this video

I was going off the report that she had stopped drinking at Reggie’s at least an hour before leaving.

But watch closely the verrrrry end of the video. It looks like she slumps over and the men are dragging her by her feet to their vehicle. Anyone else seeing this? Not sure how to zoom and take photo but it's what I'm seeing having watched it 3x.

How about Sixth and Barone posting false information about the victim? He made up all that inflammatory stuff before deleting it
I wanted to do a friendly wager that his source was wrong, but he declined.

I don't know anything about this case. I know alcohol fairly well. Unless amphetamines are in play, you aren't running at a .3 BAC Hell, even in my prime the highest I ever blew on a breathalyzer was in the high .2s Most non daily drinkers are unconscious over .2

None of this is accurate

A 120lb girl will reach a BAC of .33 if she drinks the following over 3 hours:
6 beers
3 shots

That’s nothing for a seasoned college drinker. She used to work at the bar.

Yea she would be shitfaced but to pretend like what you saw in the video is evidence that she didn’t have that BAC is nonsense

6 beers over 3 hours would give her a BAC of .2
You think a college kid would be unconscious after 6 beers in 3 hours? The bars wouldnt make very much money if that was true.

That means that she stopped drinking an hour before she left… so her BAC levels were likely not “rising” still during her ride home. She didn’t take 5 shots then hop in the car

That’s not exactly how it works. Alcohol goes from GI track to blood vessels. If she had a stomach full of alcohol it could potentially take several hours to absorb into her blood stream. Therefore, her BAC level could have been higher at the time of death vs when she left the bar.

That WBRZ video doesn't help her cause, I'm sad to say. She appears to be chasing them down, and was able to trot across the street and navigate a curb without stumbling.

She doesn’t need it to help her, really. The post-Miranda statements properly fricked them
