well,if you believe in Project Paperclip,it is very possible to believe Hitler escaped to S.A.there was already a large german community in S.A.and they were tite lipped nazi sympathizers

A lot of Nazis did escape to South America, but Hitler and Goebbels killed themselves. They were true believers and couldn't face the shame of losing the war and having destroyed their vision of Germany
