I can't help but wonder if those people who believe in the Hitler escape conspiracies have actually read his last will and testament. It pretty succinctly lays out Hitler's thinking behind killing himself and is consistent with the views he expressed from his early days in politics throughout his entire career.
There is no way Hitler was not killing himself in the instance of German defeat. The only reason for him to relocate out of Berlin would be to continue fighting the war. He finally accepted that the war was lost after deluding himself to the utmost that any alternative outcome was still possible. There's a reason an overwhelming number of ACTUAL historians confidently believe Hitler killed himself in Berlin.

The only DNA evidence of the remains the Russians have says that they belong to a woman. Evas living relatives won't provide DNA samples to verify if it's hers. There's not enough evidence to support either side of the argument.
