Depends on the violations in question, doesn’t it?
If it was blatant mistakes by the cooks and the wait staff, that isn’t on the manager or owner.
If the owner is a cheap fricker who serves expired food rather than toss it, that’s on him and they should be hung.

Wasn't the 1st thing they did when they walked in the door was ask for a manager? I wouldn't say they were fricking with the worker by asking for a manager.

Eh, the news people want that type of confrontation, it moves the needle, gets people to watch. I'm sure they will make/made a nice promo for it, so people watch the news that night.
