Anyone experiencing FedEx shipments being returned to shipper?
Nobody home at FexEx customer service.
UPS is delivering though.

Not just in DS. Had some critical supplies that made it to BR, were then returned to Portland as undeliverable. And I never flooded.

Maybe their warehouse did? Maybe it was tough to find drivers who weren't busy cleaning up their own homes?

I've had everything delivered to me. Hell I ordered a new desk chair and Amazon quoted me at getting it next Tuesday at the earliest, but I got it last night somehow. Amazon thinks I still haven't gotten it

FedEx uses 3rd party drivers and they are terrible. UPS costs more, but prior statement and other problems is why I will not ship w/FedEx.

Return to sender

I gave a letter to the postman,
He put it his sack.
Bright in early next morning,
He brought my letter back.

She wrote upon it:
Return to sender, address unknown.
No such number, no such zone.

FedEx Ground uses 3rd party drivers. The FedEx Express drivers are company employees.

Either way, if the item is undeliverable for whatever reason (weather, road closures, etc.), they will return the item to the sender after 3 unsuccessful attempts.

Agree, but not sure this is relevant to OP?

FedEx ground vs FedEx Express drivers; didn't know that. All in all, I detest my contacts with FedEx drivers...that is all.

They're returning to shipper because the items are undeliverable. There's plenty of reasons why it may be undeliverable.

Yep, I had an item I had ordered online returned to sender by Fedex.

I now have to wait for the company to refund my account and order it again.

Just had that happen for the second time.
Need to make sure the vendor is not using FedEx until they resume deliveries.
Could be a lack or drivers from flooding and/or their trucks have been flooded.

I've sent and received items via UPS and USPS Priority Post, which are working.

I had several fedex packages returned and the companies reshipped all of them to my business address at no extra charge.

I wasted four days on these total POS's. This time they said that they left a door tag. BS.
