The website used statistics on crime reports from the FBI for 2013 to create the list of 10. The crime rates were determined by adding up all the crimes reported in an area, dividing by the location's population and multiplying it by 1000. Denham Springs, with over 10,000 people, has a crime rate of 205.1 per 1,000 people. Neither New Orleans or Baton Rouge were listed on the site.

Rodeo drive is about the only place in Denham Springs that I wouldn't walk through at night.

You can take the honkey out the trailer park, but you can't take the trailer park out the honkey.

It's real hard to believe Hammond is more dangerous than NOLA. I guess they just calculate crimes in general and not the severity of the crime committed.

some areas of denham are pretty bad, but overall I never worry about shite out there except maybe those pesky kids and their skateboards stealing my mail!

You've never been to Eastover Estates trailer park in Denham

quote:

There are about 300 mobile homes in Eastover Estates, a mobile home subdivision outside of Denham Springs.

Only half of them have trash collection causing a major trash problem in the neighborhood.

Livingston Parish councilwoman, Joan Landry, wants to add waste management to residents water bills who live in Eastover, so everyone will have trash collection.

"It's so essential. I have people burning there trash which is illegal. They're leaving it out in the street, leaving it on vacant lots, and vacant mobile homes because they have nowhere to put their trash," said councilwoman, Joan Landry.

I live in Watson. We don't claim the rest of LP.

Kinda like Praireville don't want nothing to do with St. Amant trash.

Get rid of Rodeo(Martin Luffa Kang DR.) and Eastover trailer park and Denham Springs can join us on our crusade.
