You make some decent points, but overall I think the celebrity of the accused is what drives the story more than the race/class of the accuser.

I don't know about the political side of it but from the Hollywood perspective, it seems to me it's mostly actresses far from their prime who no longer get work in Hollywood that are all now coming forward. The only problem I have is you knew what was going on and why didn't you put a stop to it then. What started with Bill Cosby and others is coming from actresses that did what it took to make it in the industry that everyone seemed to know about anyway.

When over half the population of the country is white, yes, people will tend to care more about white victims.
I don't see lower or middle class black or latina women up in arms about white women being sexually assaulted either.
All that aside, I'm curious as to what a lot of these women define as "sexual assault". With the crazy people out there today, a guy is likely to be accused for just telling a girl hello or calling her ma'am and assuming her gender.

Agreed for the most part
I do think the movement would still be going with minorities that were of a higher SES.

The sad thing is that I can assure you that this behavior is just as common in the hip hop community, and no black women are coming forward. Do they really feel they are property? Are they so enamored by stars and dollars that they don't care if they're being sexually assaulted? What, in your opinion is going wrong? Why would they protect men who wrong them?

Its all about the status with music video dancers. They are basically groupies.
Sex with the Artist and his crew is literally a rite of passage for most of these women. Added to the fact that so many women fight for just the opportunity.
