Looks like ~1.5' in BSL right now based on the cameras. Tide is falling until 4:45pm so tomorrow morning will be our high point

Why don't you tell us about your first girlfriend, Andrew. Or was it Gustav? Ivan?

Andrew, Gustav or Ivan all sound like mens names that would be addicted to facebook and cause 18 wheelers to roll over

Does anybody know if the traffic is bad from Lafayette to NOLA? I may bolt for the night but must do so soon.

Quite literally, the calm before the storm.

Overcast, humid, the slightest of breeze.

Everything is secure. Enough TP for two more pandemics.

Big pot of gumbo rolling on the stove for later.

You?

About to go to work in Abbeville. I'll let you know how bad it is 5 minutes before it gets to you. If you stop hearing from me, it means I'm dead and you have 5 minutes to save yourself.

Radar is not looking great for Lake Charles, Cameron, etc. They really need a further northeast turn. Of course, that would be worse for a lot of other people.

It's not. Made that drive yesterday and got into Nola in 2.5 hours taking 90.

I10 is all green from Lafayette to nola on my google maps. 90 looks to have a few spotty areas of traffic.

According to the LUMCON weather cams in Cocodrie, the parking lot is flooded but it floods 50+ times a year anyway.
