I get most of my satellite images from weathernerds.org. When you pull up satellite loops there, there is an option to pull up/download an animated gif. I pull up the animated gif and just copy and paste the image address over to here.

It means it's kind of dancing around from moving NW to moving almost due N. This is common in storms, especially when they are really firing off storms. So we watch the net movement over 3+ hours to get the actual movement.
It still looks NNW to me but these wobbles have put it more on the east side of the forecast cone this evening. The difference isn't much big picture and it's still going as expected.

I'm a MC transplant, but I've pretty much adopted the city as quickly as possible. I know the couple. Don't believe I know the Vida Paint owners though, not directly at least. I'm a millenial, fwiw.

That whole friend group is awesome — met them through DKs wife (worked with her before they were a couple) and then met the Adams’ through them. Their friend what works for isnit Cummins(?) and his wife/so as well.

Thanks buddy. Being in Lake Charles, the wobble verses it actually being East side of the cone is worth a heart attack.
