I was in the eastern eye wall for Laura, it was no joke and nothing short of a miracle the house I was in survived it. Flat out terrifying. I'll never forget those sounds. Then walking outside when the sun came up to see that it looked like someone took a huge comb and just folded every tree around us to the ground reality set in to just how lucky we were.

I think it is more than 50, but a lot less than people believe. If you have always been in/around BR you haven't experienced it.
