Can you dial the heat down on your battery? This is usually the reason for that. When I have the heat up too high it burns my throat and stings my nose so bad that I sneeze. It’s as awful as it sounds

Website is being weird and letting some people order and others cannot. Been troubleshooting this for a couple days now. Most people can get through when they try again but I’m not a computer wizard so I have to rely on my team for that
