I've said it before, I'll say it again........get out of the big cities and suburbs and move to smaller towns.

OP isn't about race and anyone who went there as their first thought is a race baiting fricktard. It's a worthy question. NOLA was once the third largest city in U.S. Detroit was a major manufacturing center. Memphis was a big commodities market. St. Louis is gateway to the West. Baltimore is one of oldest big cities in the country. They are all a shell of what they were.

Anyone who actually lives in the Lou could tell you it’s on the upswing. People look at St. Louis the same way Northerners look at the South. Living there gives a different perspective.
