Police Chief says perp won't identify himself. Shot officer walked into hospital is in serious but stable condition with bullet lodged below left eye.
Chief says perp "does not appear to be normal."
Officers had no interaction with perp before he opened fire.

ETA....what police chief says something like this? Any half decent defense attorney will run with it.
All while his officer is in the hospital in critical condition.

Due to the furlough, Wait till they start burning shite down because each firehouse only has 3 fireman on duty at a time and it takes 4 fireman to fight a fire. So each engine had to wait for another engine to show up before they can enter the building.
