WWL reports the cop was conscious and speaking at hospital. Partner in passenger seat wasn't hit.
It was someone in the back of a pedicab, exchanged words with cops and then started shooting. Pedicab driver didn't know what was goin on. Suspect apprehended.
Give him a fair trial next week and then kill him.
