ENGLAND - A grieving daughter collapsed and died aged 32 as she suffered a heart attack as her 63-year-old coronavirus victim mother's coffin was lowered into the ground.
Laura Richards fell at the funeral of Julie Murphy at Atherstone Cemetery in Warwickshire.
Mourners rushed to help but were tragically unable to save her life at the tragic incident last Tuesday.
Laura's half-sister Sadie said the family has been devastated by both deaths. Sadie, who is in a high-risk category after a kidney transplant, told Sun Online she wasn't even allowed to attend the funeral, due to social distancing only allowing close family members.
The 45-year-old, from Dordon, said: 'They were lowering my mum into the ground and Laura suddenly said 'I can't breathe, I can't breathe'. She was clutching her chest.
'My daughter told her to sit down, and put a coat around her but she could barely speak or catch her breath.
'Even the vicar tried to help save her life. But there was nothing that could be done, she had a massive heart attack. To lose your sister at your mum's funeral - it's like a horror film. She was only 32.'

I am surprised that doesn’t happen more often. The death of a loved one is an extremely stressful time

If she’s a fatty, that glamour shot does a good job of hiding it.

A cousin of mine died and when all the siblings got together the day he died his sister had a heart attack and died at the house. Brother and sister died within hours of each other.

Man that sucks. Rough time for that family. Wouldn't wish that on anyone.
