Having met online(vs. getting to know each other in real life) you come across as jaded. As far as going Dutch, I understand where you're coming from, but if you pay for a $100 meal, it's not that big a loss if it sucks. Maybe your first few dates should be coffee or lunch if spending is an issue.
On a side note, the vasectomy thing is definitely date 20+ conversation. Talk about a sure fire way to scare a women off!

I usually wait till after the date, then say I'm going to the restroom and leave. Therefore they have to pay and since I've given them a fake name it is all good.

In case you are not a troll, who pays for what can be a very subtle way to gauge a person's generosity (which extends beyond money).
If a man offers to pay the check, he is showing his generosity to the woman.
By doing so the man presents the woman the opportunity to show her generosity by offering to pay for a portion of the check or after dinner drinks.
Demanding going dutch before you ever meet also doesn't do good by you because it takes away the chance for you to organically learn if she was a generous person.
In relationships, you don't want brutal equality so both sides get exactly the same, you want mutual generosity. Two people who are generous with their money, time, patience, support, and most importantly- GRACE, for each other.
