I expect the OT medical brain trust to fire on all cylinders in this thread.

Good thing the factory workers and leisure studies majors of the OT will be here shortly to give us their opinion. I certainly do not want to hear from any of the MDs.

Are you mixing up Hamlin with the Jets player (Max Mitchell) who has the clotting disorder? Don't recall ever hearing Hamlin having that.

I’m glad he’s ok so far. And I’m not band wagoner. He’s in my prayers. But it seemed trash for them to dismiss the shot right away. Right or wrong. He wasn’t even at the hospital yet and the nay sayers came out. Too much political bs in every step of life.

this thread is moronic

over 10 minutes of chest compressions and then a second round of chest compressions will break multiple ribs and cause pulmonary contusions and bleeding in the pleural space with possible pneumothoraces.

he can't breath on his own right now because of basically traumatic injury to the lungs in CPR.

Regardless.. The Uncle is on site, and in the room, and his comments are very interesting. I am in the medical field and certain comments mean more than others. My post is simply looking at his injury from another angle, and just the mention of the word clot, in a legitimate medical way, seems to have struck a nerve with quite a number of you.

Well, you were arguing with that buffoon in the MSB thread, he probably lowered your IQ temporarily.

This could be a potential as well. Like I said...we may never know any of the actual details with everything else that went on to save him.

This has happened in football games before. Way before the shot. a couple of high school kids in Louisiana, one fairly recently, in 2015 I think, before the covid stuff, and one back in the 80s.

Ruling out some reaction to the covid vaccine is not what people are dismissive of, primarily. It's the assumption it must be vaccine-related that people are tired of

...or spontaneous pneumothorax (aka collapsed lung).

ETA: nevermind, someone already mentioned it further up. I need to remember to refresh the page.

This was being discussed in the original thread. Any reason why you didn't just, ya know......discuss it there?
