Not gonna say
But hospitals audit charts of VIPs to see if unauthorized people are checking it out

Remember Hank Gathers
Yeah but wasn't there a rare oddity with his heart because he was like 6'10" and grew a foot in one summer? Or maybe I'm confusing him with someone else that had a co-morbid condition by being so tall and wouldn't have lived much longer anyway with an enlarged heart.

I just don’t get why anyone would be upset about the coverage
I'm not upset, I just think it is morally a better choice. It's NFL they could show highlights from yesterday and say we are cutting over to respect the family's privacy.

I guess both would be rare, but would commotio cortis be even moreso? Aneurism makes some sense with how it looked.

I read about it and it honestly sounds more like a med school bonus question than a real phenomenon.

It would be really weird for a 24 year old to have an aneurysm unless he had marfans or something
Traumatic aortic or other large artery dissection would be more likely

I’m medically stupid but I thought aneurysms are in the brain?

You can get an aneurysm anywhere

Oh wow. That’s scary.

Aneurysms can happen anywhere an artery is, but more so happen in the brain or thoracic/abdominal aortic region.
Posted on 1/2/23 at 9:25 pm to Cosmo
Aneurysm isn’t going to happen that quickly after a hit. Aortic dissection much more likely from a violent collision but even that is unlikely to make you collapse in a few seconds.
