Yea stop pandering for upvotes. You cannot prove whether or not this was a racially motivated murder. To watch you speak in absolutes without any proof is pitiful and this is coming from a black man.

Can you prove it was racially motivated? Because I submit virtually every piece of evidence and every bit of witness testimony from this trial as proof it isn't.

That supposed to mean something?

Man I mean this with all sincerity, you have to be the most ignorant person alive. Your reading comprehension skills are non existent. Can you please point to where I had any intend to prove that it was a racially motivated murder?

I think telling the "black community" to shut the frick up like he did does carry a little extra gravitas when it comes from someone who is black

Is it really that hard to understand that there’s a widespread perception that killing black people doesn’t carry the same amount of weight and that many ppl were afraid that the justice system would work for them (yet again) and are happy/relieved that it did?

I do see a problem, and think she should be locked up for manslaughter or criminally negligent homicide. Not murder.

Easy to say when it isn't your brother or son that was killed. I'm pretty sure if it was my family member I would think it's murder.

Thats a terrible way to think about this. You SHOULD always take emotion out of it when applying the law

Imagine if we let criminals loved ones determine justice "he was a good boy....."

This isn't logical whatsoever, and is exactly why the legal opinions of family members should mostly be ignored in these cases.

Not really. It's a flawed perception because statistics say otherwise.

Well, I guess it doesn't appear flawed if you get your perceptions solely from what the media tells you.

I'm not saying you're wrong, but it's human nature. I bet if it was your family you wouldn't be quick to say oh yes not murder.
