That's what was said in report in previous post that it was the responding Officer Lee who gave CPR
Sure it said he gave Jean CPR when he arrived. But properly done CPR is very tiring, its very normal for anyone knew to the scene to take over immediately.
I haven't seen anything that explicitly says she didn't try to keep him alive. Not arguing, just stating that.

Like I said, there is no way she misses that big bright red doormat approaching the apartment.
eta-It was very visible in the low res bodycam vid.
I find it difficult to see how it wasn't intentional.
Especially when her first response is to text her partner.

And you weren't specifically looking for something to distinguish itself? I'm not justifying it, but crap like that happens. People turn down the wrong road while driving all the time because they aren't paying attention, it looks different but it happens.
I have yet to see a motive for her to kill him? If there is one this is absolutely different story. I don't see her intent to kill him, just her attempt to protect herself.

Yeah, I hear ya. Did you watch the video of the news report? Reporter said Guyger did nothing to sustain Jean's life. That tells me she did not start CPR.

It was all over the local news yesterday she didn't render aid.
I lived in an apartment complex very similar to this one and in 2 years went to the apartment above mine 3 or 4 times. Once even started sticking my key in the door before i realized it wasn't my door. So I can definitely see her going to the wrong door. But she should have realized her mistake as soon as she opened the door. What a dumb bitch.

Did you watch the bodycam footage? That red doormat would at least make you double-check the number on the door unless she also had a bright red doormat, which doesn't seem to be the case.

That's what I'm saying, I have never seen hers'. I have no idea what her place looks like to compare. You are likely right.I'm not making excuses for her, she screwed up. I'm only stating I have yet to see evidence to convince me of her intent to kill him, just of her intent to protect herself because she was an idiot.

I bet she's wild in the sack

I work at PwC too and heard great things about him.

It was already reported yesterday that she did not have a doormat of any kind in front of her door.

Been wondering the same thing. Are people thinking she’s just some kind of cold blooded thrill killer?

Did this happen in day time or night?

Unless something else comes up showing that she intentionally killed him, if I'm on the jury I don't see anything that keeps this as murder
Only thing that was reported was she filed multiple noise complaints against him being she was above her Apt. As far as the public goes, they had never met before that night. Pretty sure they had seen each to her being neighbors and all.
That's a giant leap into premeditated murder but the noise complaints seem to be the only connection between the two

This has been confirmed? Because I listened to a 911 call and it sounded like she was talking to him? So did she just stand next to him?
Did you hear her counting or grunting like she was giving chest compressions while on the phone with 911??? Is it even possible to talk to 911, do chest compressions, and text your frick buddy to hurry on over so you can try to weasel your way out? I say no. Even worse, she chose the route that protected her... not her victim's life. As this drags on I'm adding more and more years to what I think she deserves.

I don't believe motive is a requirement, just intent. Despite her error, she absolutely intended to kill that guy.

Also, she didn't even attempt to render him First Aid. If you shot an innocent person, wouldn't that be the first thing you'd do, especially if that's part of your training
Not only that but she called her partner immediately. Why, you ask? Because he got away with killing an unarmed man in 2007.
