Speaking of Jamal and Edward. It's amazing when you have my minorities that are middle and upper-class and have attended quality schools...
The problem in Baton Rouge (and you see this in the white people view blacks) is that for the most part racial and economic divides are similar. And the public schools are so bad and mainly black.
Many white people view blacks in NBR very negatively when much of the issues are socioeconomic. Sure there are cultural issues in the black community here but that's for another time.
