You sound like an idealistic 25 year old who thinks he knows everything and that everybody else just doesn’t get it. So you choose to be a “moderate” because you’re smarter and more open minded than everybody else. And yet, at the same time you sound like a punk, idealistic 25 year old kid who hasn’t had the life experience to know what he doesn’t know.

If you’re older than 25, then you have no excuse and you’re just a self righteous, insufferable idiot.

I get the sentiment of that comic, but the denominator of the 50% is the number of murders, not the number of black men. The percentage of black men who have committed murder is very low (probably less than 1%).

70-80% of ALS patients are white men, but fortunately, the vast majority of white men don't have the disease. Most here probably don't know anyone who has it.

I even had a guy say nothing after I returned a debit card to him that fell out of his pocket. I didn’t get mad about it.

I found a debit card still in an ATM (as in, I could have withdrawn his cash). Ejected the card, found him on social media and this twit had the nerve to tell me what bar he was at in downtown BTR, so I could hand deliver it to him. No thanks from said person. I should have bought the entire crowd at Happy's a round on him.

As previously stated, doing the right thing shouldn't come with expectations. This is difficult for me, as I value justice over mercy.

Did you take him the card? I would not have. I would have just said "Give me your address and I'll mail it to you." If he didn't want to give you his address (understandable) then I was say "I'm just going to cut it up and throw it in the trash."

I ain’t gonna lie, I get like that when I let someone into traffic and I don’t get the courtesy wave back.

I had to stop carrying my 50 cal with me as to not end up in prison.

Yes, I handed it to him, I was headed downtown, anyway. Mailing something would put the onus on me.

My gripe was (and maybe I get it, he was an engineer) the lack of thanks for going out of my way to do something nice, when he coulda been screwed. I chalked it up to him being on the spectrum.

I would have shoved it in the overnight deposit slot at the bank and told him to pick it up himself.
