I can agree with that. It is not the compact urban of other big cities, but that's a product of Texas being younger than New York or San Francisco or Chicago.

Too poor to live in Dallas?

Dallas is cheap comparatively, but that doesn't mean everyone can afford it.

Yes
The average poster here can’t afford a house in a decent neighborhood and private school for their kids in Dallas proper
ETA so they move to some shithole like Grand Prairie and talk about how Dallas is like Somalia. Same with Houston, Austin New Orleans, etc.

Dallas Women > New Orleans Women > Baton Rouge Women

Dallas Women > New Orleans Women > Baton Rouge Women

I agree. They've been south.
More knife murders, though. White privilege?

Nearly 60% are south and the rest are in other shitty areas of town like by love field or near Garland. Large majority south of I30 and a vast majority in shitty areas of town with almost no spillover into nicer areas.

This sounds like something you made up.

Why? How much do you think the average poster here makes? Enough to afford $400k+ with 2% property tax?

Dallas has gone down hill ever since Kristin Shepard shot J.R.

That's twice the median house price in Dallas.
