Okay? He said a house in a decent neighborhood. The median home price for the entire city is irrelevant.

Dallas is one of the most livable big cities by far. It's not expensive to live in a decent neighborhood.

Share what you found because Dallas is no longer affirdable. Houses that went for 250k 7 years ago are now 500k. There are some deals in transitional areas.....still ghetto but getting better. Would be a good investment but may have to deal with some crap.

I'm trying to see some "nice" townhouses in Dallas for less than 300k
I like it out here in the burbs fwiw, but enjoy my time in the city. I miss when the lady lived uptown. Was awesome to walk everywhere I felt like going.
