Perfectly reasonable considering that DQ isn’t supposed to be an everyday thing or part of your daily diet.

For an average-sized man, you would have to have a low metabolism and not work out not to lose weight at 1600-1800 Kcal a day. I eat over twice that (~4000 Kcal) and have a BMI of 23.
