What's fricked is she obviously was waiting for them to be done with school so she could give them a Graduation Gift legally. They just hadn't walked down the aisle and been handed their diploma yet. I think she beats the charges all the way. Think about it, the kids successfully finished their class work, if they don't attend the ceremony the school still gives them the diploma. I believe she got screwed once again but this time by the police.

The story says the students had already finished their last day in class but just hadn't graduated. Definitely weird but I don't see why it is a criminal offense although her husband might be a bit annoyed.
