Friday will be 1.(fishing) with wife and kids only. Saturday will be 2.(fishing or crabbing) with my dad and my son only. Sunday will be 1.(cooking, eating, drinking, bs'ing) with the wife's family for a couple hours, then my family for a couple hours.

I like having both.

I downvoted but it wasn't because of your question, it was because of my own racism. You are black, right?

Day with my daughter (6). She is growing up way too fast and I want time to slow down a little bit.

Make it four. You just earned another one for worrying about down votes.

Both. Breakfast with wife and sons, golf with father in law, then late lunch with the whole family.

my father in law sucks, and my dad is too old to play golf now, but i would love to play a morning round on sunday and then spend the rest of the day with my wife and two little ones.

my wife will push for me to go spend time at her dads, which i get its fathers day for him to, but she doesnt think enough to realize its also my day.

I'll compromise with you OP and say I'll spend the day with my boy at the ball park and catch up with the wifey later for some eats and ice cold brews at my favorite southern kitchen type place.
