This video was published in July of last year, but you know how youtube can lead you down a rabbit hole when you look for one thing.
Anyway, so this dad goes to The Dollar General because his wife and daughter went there to buy pads and the dude "cracked a joke". You can judge for yourself if it was an inappropriate comment, but it's entertaining.

Based on his voice & vocabulary, the fact that he's shopping at a Dollar General, and the fact that he doesn't know how to properly film with a cell phone, the dad seems like complete human garbage.
