Only the great unwashed is a lawsuit the answer to everything. Besides the fact that the guy deserved it, he wouldn’t have two nickels to rub together to hire a decent representative. But if he wants to claim victim and wait 4 or 5 years to maybe get $6,000 and a lifetime supply of Red Man, then I guess he should roll the dice.

This doesn’t happen at golf matches or endurance sport events. I think my children will engage in golf and/or endurance sports. And hunt and fish.
