I was there in May of last year the locals don't frequent most restaurants that tourist visit because they are too expensive. We went to Mama's fish house which was beautiful but very expensive and there weren't any locals to be seen. The OP I hope is being sarcastic because there is no comparison between Hawaii and DS.
