Why would you be interested in that kind of information, unless you would be very familiar with the practice of tasting dick?

A woman who was late getting back to her cruise ship fell to her knees, pleading in vain as it pulled away bound for New York with her three children on board. Her husband went to look for her when she didn’t make it back in time.

It sounds like she was out banging some Caribbean cabana boy and her husband went to look for her.

They tell you over and over the ship will not wait for you unless you are on a ship based excursion and something happened. Can't really feel bad about someone who chose to ignore those warnings.

Also.....that woman and her husband better have a passport and not just a copy of their birth certificate if that was an international port they just got stranded in. Otherwise.....they won't be flying back to the states anytime soon.

I hope they never get to come (back) to the US. Already plenty of idiots and selfish pricks in this country.

They left her & her husband in Nassau, Bahamas. They missed the last 3 days of their week long cruise.

The more articles I read about this, the funnier it becomes. Mom had to have been at a bar, no?

quote:

"The onboard team located her husband and children on board but the family was not able to reach her, nor did they know when she would be returning," he said.

"Due to the circumstances, the ship went beyond normal protocol and waited an additional half an hour for the guest."

"When she had still not returned, and, following consultation with the family, it was decided that the husband would disembark with their travel documents to wait for his wife while the children would stay with their uncle and his family on the ship for the remainder of the voyage."

"The company offered travel and lodging assistance to the couple and arrangements were made for them to reunite with the ship upon her return to New York on April 24."

After reading this, it almost seems like the parents pulled a fast one and got a cpl days free from the kids in the Bahamas.

It was probably the McCallisters leaving Kevin with Unvle Frank for the new movie, Away From Home Alone.

I don't really understand what your personal proclivities have to do with this whole cruise ship story.

It's not like she will never see her kids again. They have adult supervision. Get on a plane, go to the next port and get on. Problem solved.

I've heard of people not going on a cruise sponsored excursion and having to go to a hospital to get stitches or something like that. They freaked out that they would miss the ship, but ultimately got back in time. When you do things not with the cruise, you should know to be back well in advance of departure (like over an hour). Splitting up from your family and remotely cutting it that close without having some sort of injury or hostage situation is extremely irresponsible. No sympathy whatsoever unless there are extenuating circumstances.

But, but....Her momma always told her she was special.

I guess Boaty Mcboatface checked her privilege and luggage for her.

Except in her situation, the next port was 3 days away and the end of the cruise. Parents might actually be geniuses. Stick uncle with kids and stay in the Bahamas for 3 days.
