Damn that's not even in West Crowley.....although still close to section 8 housing......I'd be willing to bet this has elements of drugs and domestic issues involved.

It MIGHT make his very large orbit if it was a black cop shot in a white trash trailer park.

But it's not so Gary will just carry on at the buffet and wait for the next "injustice" that he can exploit to get his sweaty face out there.

My grandparents old house is 6 blocks away. Many Christmas Days spent there in the 70's-80's.

family still owns the old house. They are fricking nuts to have not sold it. That neighborhood went from baby boomer to shithole and beyond. Its not coming back. Not in my lifetime.

Yea no good......you got renters?

You may still could....you wouldn't get more than 15-20K for it and that would be hard probably. Although I've seen shitholes in that area sell for around that price in the not too distant past.

Yep...yep...yep.........The government decided to help spruce up the place by subsidizing the housing in that area...really did a number on it.

Nope. It sits vacant. My poor hapless uncle gets pissed everytime it gets broken into. I've told my parents it is not a break in anymore. No more than a crackhouse gets broken into.

fricking kills me to see. My grandparents were good people and their house is left to decay. There are so many things in that home that we could all take and cherish, but no. due to hoarding mentality we will go through it "one day". So selling it is in no way an option.

I've stayed the night in that house as recent as 2006. Pure lunacy.

But Gary says police aren't under attack

Gary is an idiot. However, I'm not sure if responding to shots fired in a domestic situation really qualifies as an attack on police officers, at least not in the same vein as Dallas, BR, or other targeted attacks.

So do K9 dogs go to human heaven, since killing one is the same as killing a human officer?

It's not.

The sentence is 1-3 years for killing or injuring a police dog

Really? So I'm supposed to believe an animal is the same as a human, just because the legislature says so?

See above post

You can relax.

The legislature does not consider a dogs life equal to a human's

Glad someone set this straight. Does this guy really believe you can catch a 1st Degree Murder charge and death penalty for shooting a police K9? Idiot. The hullabaloo was that they commission the dogs as police officers and give them a badge to make the dog eligible for certain statutory protections. Not to make them the same as a human officer.

many people find it easier to believe a rumor or assumption and state it as fact rather than take the time to research the issue and find out the truth

I too make this mistake at time, for even i, Ash Williams, am not infallible
