The longtime Orleans Juvenile Judge sowed the seeds for this catastrophe over the last 30 years. It’s primarily her fault as the system and culture of the juvenile court in place is her creation.

I think we are now on our fourth generation of “inner city” children growing up without a father. Any person who studied sociology could see this coming.
There are fathers of fathers who don’t know how to be fathers, and the buck wasn’t passed on.
I’m not sure, biologically speaking, how any man can watch their child come into this world and not feel a deeper level of love/emotion than ever experienced, but alas, we are here.
