Literally the only somewhat decent neighborhoods are along Poplar Ave. It reminds me of a hurricane route. I guess wypipo need an escape route

Some truth to what you say about NY, but it isn’t always true. Ever been to Rochester?

Baton Rouge is the US version of Rhodesia. White money has already left.

I'm not so sure about the map. Zoom out and look at the US

- uninhabited coastal Louisiana a hot bed of crime ?
-entire eastern half of AL ?
-all the southern counties of TN ?
-western Nebraska?

Not to say BR isn't correct however

Now do the wealth correlation. Poor people commit more crimes.

Probably because its based on a per 100,000 person scale.

If you have an area with only a few thousand people live, a small number of crimes can have a bigger impact on the numbers

Won’t be long before Baton Rouge resembles Port-au-Prince.

Go check out Baltimore. What a sheet show. All red. I just came back from there and thought I would be shot while driving down most of the streets in broad daylight.

Whenever you see an area that is high in poverty, it is equal to an increase in crime.

The presence of something causes crime:

1.Melanoma
2.Melatonin
3. Melania

Careful with your answer.
