100% this. If anything I might drink a soda with my food but that is about it. I also would never drink a soda to try and quench my thirst, like I have seen many of folk do.
I don' even drink powerade/gayaid for that either. But out of all the sodas, the orange flavor, dr pepper and rootbeer are the bests. Coke and sprite can suck it.

Soft drinks should only be used as mixers except very rare occasions. Id much rather eat my calories than drink them while destroying my teeth.
