Jesus, I’m by no means in great shape but I’m 5’8, just under 160 lbs and a 32” waist…
Granted 2 years ago I was about 190 and struggling to fit into a 34

how do you only have a 32 inch waist at 200 lbs and 5'10"? That seems unlikely IMO
He squeezes into a pair of pants that are labeled as a 32, so they're probably closer to 33.5" or 34"

Waist 36
BMI is like 31, but I got a dexa scan, my body fat percentage is 19%. Would like to be 220-225 with BF around 8-10%

That's really fricked up. I honestly don't do anything extreme, and at 47 at 6' i wear a 32 only because 30-31 make my legs look like overheated boudin.

Mhmm. What I’m gathering from this is that to find a wife that won’t balloon out to the typical American proportions, I should go the mail order bride direction certified fresh from Mother Russia, right?

6'2", 215lbs, 34"
BMI around 27 thanks to beer drinking and hitting 40. For those of you under 40, believe me, the ole metabolism slows down considerably at 40. Used to be able to eat/drink anything without a care in the world....that's changed, a lot.

like not fatter so much, but taller and thicker.
