Crazy things your parents say

I have a cousin that's a member of the PGA professionals and teaches and has played golf all over the world and I'm sure has met some legendary people and characters in and around the world of golf. Every time someone brings his name up (not very often, but still) my Mom's response "you know he doesn't really have a real job". "He's always just playing around". Wtf - I want to just play around like that - geez.

Your mom makes noises like an excited chipmunk when she's really happy.

My grandmother says that 100% of the things on the news are 100% true.

She has a point. He only teaches. If he were really good, he would win tournaments.

When we would leave in the mornings to go to school, my dad would call the last kid ready the "cow's tail". English wasn't his first language. Heck, it wasn't even his second, but it would be funny to hear him say, "Hurry up! You don't want to be cow's tail!"

You can put cow shite in a churn but it don't make it butter.

My 84 year old dad on smoked pork butt: "That's some sweet arse."

To be fair, putting the dollar sign after the number is how you say it. Seven dollars. 7$. It looks dumb but it at least has some merit.
You don't say percent one hundred. So %100 is just dumb as shite

I think your mom is making a joke that is going over your head.
He is a golfer and he is just playing "a round".

Father once told me he was gonna let me in on the secret to the female orgasm. It was, "Who gives a shite!"

I am 32, 2 kids and have 11 years experience in my field and make more than both my parents combined.
My mom every 5-6 months: "So are you still considering going back to college to finish? You know, to have something to fall back on."
